Responsibilities

If you are an EDF grant recipient you have agreed, in your signed contract, to provide us with a grant acquittal
report 30 days after the conclusion of your launch exhibition.

NETS Victoria requires that every effort be made to realise the project as described in the grant application,
and that funds will be used in accordance with the conditions and for the purposes for which they were
granted.

In the event that you are unable to undertake or complete the exhibition tour, the NETS Victoria Board of
Management reserves the right to request a refund of the EDF grant. Reasons for not completing or touring
the exhibition should be put in writing to NETS Victoria immediately.

How to acquit

Please complete the acquittal report and return to NETS Victoria within 30 days of the completion of the
exhibition at the launch venue.
